How to use the Portal (Supplier side)

After getting acces to the portal, here is an overview of the main page.

Note : some function may not be present, depend of your access (supplier/customer/company user)

Request for Quotation

In this view, you can revise all the request we made to your company.

They are 3 columns :

• Document number. You can click on the document to see the delail and have access to the chatter (communication with our purshase depatment concenrning this request)
• Order Deadline : By default, it's the date when we placed our price request. If you give us a deadline on the price request, we will update this field.
• Total : It's the total price of the quotation. 0€ mean we didn't get prices from your side.

Our Orders

As soon as we will confirm the order, the document will be transfer to this menu

Project Control

This module is used to do the machine inspection before shipment. When you click on it, it will display the list of the machine under production who need to have inspection.

There is 6 column :

1. Our internal name of the project (containe the machine model)
2. Our internal reference number for this machine
3. Our order document number
4. Date of the creation of the inspection report
5. Our internal machine name
6. The number of control still have to be done for the machine.

If you click on a project, you can find the detail of the control point

List of the control point for a machine

• To Validate : Name of the control point (detailed instruction will be shown when you click on it)
• Checked : Blank if the control is not done, True if you did it
• Checked on : Date of the control validation from your side
• Note : Display the note field we can use into the control point (see below)
• Info : Display the info field we can use into the control point (see below)
• Attachment (3 column) : display the attached documents linked to this point.

To fill a control point, click on it name.

Exemple of a control point :

Under the SUBMIT button, there is the detail of what is request for the control point.

Clic on the attachement button to load attached file (photos, video, document) to show us that the machine is OK with the related control point.

You can use the Note field to give additionnal information.

To submit the control point, click on the Submit button.

Chatter

At the bottom of the control points list, there is a chatter.

Both of us can use it to communicate concerning this machine inspection.
